Decent adaptation of the movie. Better than the other X-Files novels I’ve read. But I really read this hoping the mysteries of the movie would be solved. You know, since in a book you can spend more time on things than in a movie. But noooo!! I still don’t know how Mulder and Scully escaped from the frozen wasteland they were in with only a SnowCat with almost no gas in it. Bah! Seriously, it was good in some small details, filling things in. But the big questions will never get an answer, I suppose (like everything else on the X-Files TV show!)
